This steel barbell is perfect for performing kegel exercises to strengthen your vagina muscles. There are three balls on the barbell that range from 3/4" to 1" in diameter. Start off by holding the barbell by the biggest ball with your vagina muscles. It weights about 1 pound. As you improve and get stronger, move on to the smaller balls.
The barbell has a length of 6.5" so it is also fun for stimulation purposes with the three graduating heads on the barbell. The steel is easily cleaned and very durable.
