The Kegelmaster, is a revolutionary progressive resistance exerciser created for women. One frequently asked question is what is the KegelMaster? Perhaps the real question is what does the KegelMaster do? There is a tramendous amount of unused muscles in the pelvic floor. Until now women were unable to exercise these muscles. The KegelMaster was specificaly designed to cradle all the pelvic floor muscles adding pergressive dynamic resistance.

How Kegelmaster Works

The Kegelmaster uses springs to create resistance.  Inside the device are 4 posts to place the spring.  Moving the springs among the different posts will adjust the resistance levels.  The Kegelmaster comes with additional springs so you can use multiple springs to increase resistance once you are able to exercise with one spring easily.  It is recommended to start at a tension level where you can squeeze the Kegelmaster closed, but unable to do it for 30 repetitions.  Then exercise daily, or a minimum of 4 times a week, doing 3 sets of 30 closings pausing for 15 seconds between each closure.
